Marking their fourth collaboration, a team up with world-renowned chef Dominique Crenn is just what the doctor ordered. Chef Crenn grew up in France but for this blend wanted to capture the culture and diversity of her new home in California! Now we know chef, but who is Proxy? Proxy is juices, vinegars, spices, herbs, bitters, tea & other botanicals married into a potion fit for our clever senses. The final product being delicious non-alc beverages, always composed in the image of wine, but without trying to necessarily BE wine, ya know? Honeysuckle, wild baby sage, yuzu zest, granny smith slushy, gentian root, juniper berry gum, rosemary salt & white tea tannins grasping at spritely riesling juice. Pour alongside seafood nights in, when you finally have the courage to fillet your first fish!
