    Please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging or, in the case of a corked wine, keep the bottle and original cork for inspection.

    Our sommeliers will review your claim to ensure it meets our quality standards and return eligibility requirements.

    Once approved, we will issue a replacement bottle of the same vintage or provide a digital gift card for the full value of the item.
