A bright, bitter and balanced non-alcoholic beauty for lovers of great glasses. Romain des Grottes farms in the lower plains of Beaujolais (south of Brouilly), rigorously travelling down the path of natural wine enlightenment, he is guided by the highest quality polyculture farming and no-addition winemaking philosophy. The vineyards cover about eight hectares that have been fully organic and Demeter certified since 2006, hosting vegetable gardens, fruit trees, grains and medicinal herbs between and around the vines. Golden hued, they refer to ‘Antilope’ as the sister of ‘Antidote’, as it is a unique non-alc creation of 70% organic plant infusion and 30% fruit juice. The botanical blend includes juniper, scots pine, yellow gentian, lemon verbena, yarrow, blackberry leaf and liquorice, which is blended with grape juice, apple juice, lemon juice, and passion fruit. FUN FACT! ’Antilope’ has 50% less sugar than ‘Antidote’ if you are looking for a more botanic-forward bevy! Enjoy alongside strawberry rhubarb parfaits or while working on a grant application.
