Disgorged in November of 2024, no sugar was added, creating the 'Zero Dosage' designation. A true treat to share, savoury, bright and wholly unexpected. Citrus rind, crushed chalk and just ripe nectarines in spring meet roasted hazelnuts and bouquet garni of dried herbs.Â
