This house junmai was made from nishiki rice grown by the brewers with a 70% polish rate, with the base junmai being aged for a year to impart extra fullness & complexity. Rich with a touch of earthy funk, expect savoury notes of white soy, caramel, azuki bean, Dutch cocoa and button mushrooms with a smooth, luscious finish.
