These beautiful, precise wines come from growers who previously sold their fruit to Big Wine before producing and bottling Champagne under their own Domaine. Fourth-generation Pascal Agrapart is no different, equally attuned to life in his organic vineyards & the cellar, deftly weaving the threads of both into some of the most refined and elegant wines in the Côtes de Blancs. This non-vintage blend of top 2014 and 2015 cuvées (or têtes de cuvée) from 50 to 60-year-old Grand Cru vines in Avize, Oger, Cramant and Oiry with four years on the lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Lean, dry and salty-fresh with notes of lemon verbena, tangerine & grapefruit oil that unfurls into rock salt, wet rocks and a whiff of white pepper. Like a streak of light in the sky, this stunning blanc de blancs draws a brilliant arc of flavours that shine brightly in the glass, gloriously harmonious like a 36-part symphony & so incredibly delicious.
