Made with a Clos des Vins D'Amour muscat petit grains from the Dornier family in Roussillon, these grapes were chosen for their finessed aromatics and fruitful sweetness. FUN FACT! This is a double fermented vinegar, first fermented into wine and then a secondary, bacterial fermentation took place to transmute it into a vinegar! Wafting white flower medley, summer honey, crisp minerality & sun-warmed apricot.
