A crowd pleasing, medium bodied white, which may as well have one of the ādrink meā signs tagged to it from Alice in Wonderland. A relatively new operation, the idea behind Domain Boucabeille was to use vines replanted on the very hillside (or terraces) where, for centuries, the best wines in the region originated. The farming here is organic and the winemaking is non-intrusive. A plush blend of 50% luscious grenache blanc, 20%Ā crisp grenache gris & 10% floral roussanne. Anise mulled pear, white flowers growing through a stone walkway, green pineapple, citrus slices, melon shaved ice & a creamy mineral mouthfeel. Enjoy with hard cheeses, all the schmears & any sort of vessel.
