This dazzling blend from our fav local wine geniuses has big time “magical elixir” vibes. Bone dry but dizzyingly aromatic, golden & honeyed with a palate that flows from place to place and flavour to flavour like a free-spirited nomad on a long & winding wine adventure. Gorgeous structure from skin contact fermentation (in a different vessel for each grape! How irreverent!), silky & textural w/ bright ripe stone fruit & hints of bergamot & black tea like a delicate cup of earl grey.
