From within one of the oldest, most globally recognized fine-wine regions of Austria, Anna and Martin Arndorfer have taken the traditions of their two local winemaking families and made them even better. The grüner sees 16 days of skin contact and 16 months on the lees churning texture over aromatics again and again. Savoury resonance, liquorice fronds, white tea, citrus zings, gooseberry, salty pear nougat & fresh elderflower. Enjoy with a myriad of soft cheeses & even softer light.
