Freakum Dress as a zingy, herbaceous & slightly cloudy rosé! Martin and Anna Arndorfer are a winemaking power couple based in Kamptal, Austria. Both of them come from winemaking families, which comes across in the obvious craftsmanship in their wines – always joyful, vibrant, balanced and delicious the next day. But the Arndorfers love a cheeky wink of subversion, a little razzle dazzle, if you will – so the Rotburger grapes undergo a short skin maceration before being co-fermented with Gruner Veltliner skins for two weeks, followed by 6 months in tank and barrel and no fining or filtration. Slightly cloudy but 100% funky fresh fun – raspberry lemonade, rosemary garnish, fresh sage, a zesty, citrus-driven acid and a whisper of potpourri tannins. A slightly off-kilter rosé for kicking around in your Betsey Johnson best!
