We’re sure you’re asking, “who is Proxy?”, well – Proxy is juices, vinegars, spices, herbs, bitters, tea & other botanicals married into a potion fit for our experienced senses. A concoction cloaked as a wine – like when a Corgi reproduces with literally any other dog breed, you get a Corgi in disguise. ‘Red Ember’ is luscious cab sauv juice, pomegranate tree grip, blueberry-elderberry jam, butterfly pea flowers, fermented ginger, cayenne & cold-brew coffee coming together to create a full bodied zero alc sipperoonie! Suitable for pouring alongside ribeyes, hearty stews & meaty pasta dishes!
