Winemakers Melanie and Michael bring exuberant, versatile & low-intervention wines to the table with a clear point of view. The Vater & Sohn, German for âfather and sonâ, is an homage to the time when Michael and his dad worked on blends together #waytogokiddo. The foot-stomped blend consists of aromatic mĂŒller-thurgau (77%) & delicate silvaner (14%) left on lees until the following summer, then topped up with a dollop of acid-parading riesling (9%). Fresh pineapple, tamarind RICHNESS, lemon balm hydrosol, chunky tannins, snappy green bean vegetality, old packet of spice powder & a warm mango chew fresh from your pocket.
