Inspired by an Egyptian family recipe, Zamalek (which is both the name of the drink, and a neighborhood in Cairo, Egypt) is a deeee-liscious floral hibiscus juice that we would easily crush at any time in any context. Created with responsibly grown and fair trade ingredients, try adding sparkling water (or wine!!!) a splash of citrus and any herbs of your choosing for an incredible mock or cocktail or enjoy straight-up.
