Founded in 1894, today this revered house continues with fourth generation winemaker Pascal Agrapart at the helm, guided by deep knowledge and commitment to excellence in Grower Champagne (where the wine is grown and vinified by the same farmer, rare in Champagne, normal everywhere else!). Certified organic, the pristine chardonnay (90%) & textural pinot noir (10%), comes from 70% Grand Cru (Avize, Oger, Oily and Cramant) and 30% Premier Cru (Avenay Val d'Or, Bergères les Vertus and Mardeuil) vineyards in the Côte de Blancs. Precise like stitching a wound, cream filled biscuits, lime rind, opulent pink lady apple, dried mushrooms, jasmine florals, lusciously lactic, flint & ground almonds.
