Almate is the first wine Alfredo made, half-destemmed, wild fermented in tank and bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites. Deep, ripe and brimming with savoury fruit â blackberry seed, cherry stem, blueberry leather, walnut brittle & sour cream with fresh tobacco tannins. Expect a touch of sediment â nothing a careful pour or a decant canât fix! â and pair with habachi-grilled skewers on the beach.
