An elegant and prized Jura red, full of fashionable fruit & festooning feelings. The world famous wines of Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot are prized, punctuated & polished. Working with as minimal cellar intervention as possible and great biodynamic care in the vineyard, they represent some of the best the Jura has to offer. ‘DD’ is Stéphane’s tribute to his father, Andre, a blend of zippy and wild poulsard (40%), intense, pigmented trousseau (30%) & earthy, perfumed pinot noir (30%) that undergo a VERY long, gentle maceration for an exceedingly interesting structure. Bright cherry light, hay-like vegetation, crunchy plum, raspberry leaf, velvet tannins & iron minerality. Enjoy with respecting your elders and the fresh seafood of your choosing.
