Lightly oxidative, pastoral & prime Jura red time! Founded in 1942, Domaine Rolet’s now 65 hectares of premium vineyards spread across all four Jura appellations: Arbois, Côtes du Jura, Étoile, and Château-Chalon. The fierce and deeply-fruited trousseau is destemmed for 15 days of juiced-up maceration, and aged for nine months catching its own tail. Dusky crimson, rosy musk, wild cherry koolaid branded bubblegum, truffle pig, liquorice flowers, lilac jam, smoke exhale, tannins that tug at your sleeve begging for attention & fir needles stick around for the long haul. Enjoy with duck cassoulet.
