Seemingly sourced from a babbling brook in the mountains, this lightweight alpine white wine is sure to refresh! Grown on the high elevation slopes of Mont Garnier, Jean-Noël and Thomas Blard lead this fifth-generation estate, both ardent supporters of the local Savoyard grape, Jacquere. Fermented and aged in tank for three months, this featherweight, low-ABV drinks like every fancy brand of water that claims to source their water straight from a glacier – mineral-rich, clear as day & endlessly refreshing. Seashells by the seashore, lemon pith, white cranberry, apricot dried green herbs & a touch of tannin on the finish. Go classic and pair with the local specialty, cheese fondue, or even better, make it a grilled cheese.
