Considered some of the best examples of fermented grapes Ontario has to offer, PM’s accolades extend further, with their own destination restaurant, farm & bakery! A blend of light n’ spiced lemberger (aka blaufränkisch, 87%), topped up with brusk cabernet sauvignon. FUN FACT! The folks over at Pearl Morissette are convinced Lemberger is going to be 'Niagara's red grape’, as it is ideally suited to the hot n’ soupy Niagara climate! Purple across the board, dried roses, thorns and stems, cassis mist, dark plum skins, blackcurrant wrapped in smoke coils & pepper. We got only a few bottles from this super small release, pair this tasty morsel with anything crocheted by a relative, just about as limited run as it gets.
