'Bourgogne Blanc'

A plush, très classique chard from a local leader in organics available in Ontario for the very first time. A very small, special Burgundian winery in a sea of small Burgundian wineries, Vincent Dancer was said to be a reclusive perfectionist with wines worth coveting, and since 2020 his son Théo has taken over and made some noticeable changes. Certified organic since 2012, their eight hectares of family vineyards are spread over the towns of Beaune, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. The ’Bourgogne Blanc’ spends 18 months on lees and is left unfined and unfiltered for a raw and warm mouthfeel. Tiptoeing herbs, light smoky reduction, salty seashell minerality, vanilla oil, brazil nut & a lingering key lime acidity. Enjoy while cracking some crab legs and ripping apart a basket of biscuits.
