With a 50% base of the 2015 vintage, and six years of bottle aging on lees, this darling champers is textured for the gods with exceptional terroir to burn. Gold tinted, white flowers, fleshy Mirabelle plums, candied cherry, spiced creamed honey, ample puff pastry, crystalline minerality & bergamot. Enjoy with seared, bacon wrapped scallops.
