A proven blend of nearly equal parts supple Chard, eloquent Pinot Noir & quiet workhorse Pinot Meunier. Their expressive āBrut Reserveā is fermented with indigenous yeast and minimal dosage, coming together as a luxe, taut & original record of their land. Grown in the village of Ludes on extremely chalky soils, showing glinting copper colouration, with oyster shell and clay pot minerality. An apricot tree in its prime, toasted brazil nut pastry, quince marmalade, sourdough challah & salted, honey-drizzled tangerine.
