‘Ruben'

If you are looking at this note, buy this wine. Like obviously we love all the wines we feature, but honestly the Ruben is just IT. Meaty, smokey, savoury, and so freakin’ satisfying. Big dad-in-all-of-us energy. We're talking deep, satisfying and dusty, like fresh Hungarian paprika added to steak spice with violets, wood tree fort on a hot day, stables, dehydrated tomato powder, repaving a highway & graphite minerality a plenty. Impossible to drink and not make a little satisfied grunt of pleasure and surprise. Dense and structured enough to pair with a main course mushroom or steak, but fresh enough to enjoy on its own as a steak in itself. Also available in a magnum!
