FUN FACT! Since there is no oak ageing for this wine, it is actually against the laws of the Rioja DOCa and therefor why the legal categorization on the bottle is ‘Vino de España’! Their soils are made up of limestone and clay, which heightens the natural acidity and brings the balance suited to this lighter style of Rioja.
