A beacon of bubbly excitement, emerging from a foggy sea of mass-market-driven sparkling wines. Winemaker Maurizio Donadi’s project Casa Belfi is here to bring A LOT more TLC to this technique & restore the strong winemaking traditions of this region. Raboso is a red grape grown primarily in the eastern part of Veneto, known to be deep & dangerously dark in colour as well as expressing refreshingly high acidity. Hand-harvested, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tank keeps the aromas, flavours & vibes light & lifted! The wine is allowed to naturally re-ferment (without fining or filtering), creating that gorgeous, cloudy-creamy fizz we love more than blooming flowers in spring! Ruby jewel toned with a whipped, mousse-y bubble, cherry ice cream, liquorice root, black pepper sharpness & chalky hand grip minerality. Endlessly drinkable, use in place of cranberry sauce with your next turkey loaf!
