‘Chablis’

This is classic and simply, perfect Chablis, no bells or whistles (why would you want them). Great terroir shines bright (smack dab between 1er crus Montmains and Vaillon) thanks to thoughtful, respectful winemaking. Aged on lees in stainless steel before a 6-18 month elevage in neutral oak, this has that trademark Chablis tension with a flinty minerality, baked pear, honeysuckle, lime zest and a spritz of lemon over ice. Cate Blanchett would play it in a movie.
