A concentrated chard from a stunning & ancient locale. Founded by Thanasis Papaioannou, today his son George, a chemist/oenologist, continues the winemaking tradition with heart. The modern winery is located in historic Nemea, in the Peloponese region of southern Greece. Organically farming since 2004, with the goal of achieving ultimate harmony with the ecosystem. Fleshy spiced pears, German chamomile, citrus oils on your fingertips, peach iced tea, candied pineapple, apricot butter & hanging herbs. Try with your favourite style of ramen.
