A lusty, lucid and texturally luring southwestern French rare gem of a white, available for the first time in Ontario! Winemaker Antoine Arraou took over this fatherâs historic estate in 2012, redefining the label through the removal of harsh and harmful chemicals, replacing them with biodynamic practices, and facilitating the creation of an ecosystem in place of monoculture. The âJurançon Secâ is a blend of full-bodied, highly aromatic petit manseng (50%) and tart yet sapid gros manseng (50%) that was aged for nine months on fine lees to amp up the plush structure even further! Fresh bread, rounding candied gooseberry, melting beeswax, salt, raw wool yarn, wooly white peach & lemon electrolyte powder. Enjoy with a Filipino Kamayan feast.Â
