A mind-numblindly special, rare and prized, zero-dosage Franciacorta rosĂ© to long after! At just 30-years-old, first generation winemaker Alessandra Divella farms two hectares of organic chardonnay and pinot noir in Gussago, the north-western Jurrasic part of Franciacorta. Sticking out amongst a handful of producers writing a new history in the region, as she is one of the first to farm organically and the ACTUAL first female run estate. Some friendly advise? Keep your eyes on her, this is still only the beginning and she is blowing us out of the water year after year! âClo Cloâ is a blend of 25% rĂ©serve pinot noir (saved from previous vintages) and 75% pinot noir from the 2020 vintage, which spent 42 months on the lees plumping and coming into its own. FUN FACT! This cuvĂ©e is named after Alessandraâs Swiss mother who works in academia! Think a nuanced, rich and oxidative structure, brioche, sprinkled salinity, rhubarb stalk, dried cherries, cream & a fine mineral persistence. Pour alongside manzo allâolio.Â
