Winemakers Catherine and Pierre Breton have been on the lips of wine enthusiasts for over thirty years, and for very good reason. Organic vineyards with biodynamic principles since the 1990s grown within the distinctive Loire terroir and showcased by masterful hands and little intervention. 30-45 year old Cab Franc vines grown on clay-limestone soil and aged for two years in bottle impart an un-wilting fragrance and heightened minerality to this structured & even-tempered Cab Franc. Huckleberry lace, roasted red plums, dried oregano, graphite splinters, leaping blackberries, pencil shavings & traipsing through a lavender field. Serve this when you are cooking new-school ratatouille & want to dazzle your wine-nerd date.
