A spiced, savoury and low-intervention Loire cab franc to make you feel like you’re sitting in a perfect French bistro wherever you pop the cork. Founded by François-Xavier Barc, Maison Complices de Loire has been producing organic, negociant wines in the Loire Valley from Sancerre to Saumur since 2010, as well as from its own, 28 hectares of vines in the Loir-et-Cher since 2015. The cab franc is grown on clay-limestone soils, picked at full ripeness, destemmed and macerated for a few days to pull spunky tannins. Rubies, green and black pepper blend, vanilla + black cherry pop, candied raspberry, a fox den in the leafy undergrowth, rhubarb, toasted spices & soccer cleat tannins. Enjoy with the finest stuffed turkey, sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
