He is one of only two local producers to make red wine from Trepat, a regional grape considered the pinot noir of the area! Strawberry coulis, pink roses, cherries and cherry blossoms, cinnamon bark, white pepper sneeze, orange zest wet dirt & an herb bath. Serve with a chill and pair with cooking your first paella, you can do it!
