Practicing sustainable agriculture in Côtes de Provence, the Chateau’s Londe terroir is complete with beaming, steady sun and marine-dense Mediterranean influences that come out to play. A blend of generous grenache, lifted, acidic cinsault, and wafting rolle (white) come together into an airy, rosy web. Delicate onion skin hue, green strawberry, marshmallow, yellow pear, saline minerality, flicks of rose water, speckled with eucalyptus, lemon mint & mimosa flowers woven in and out. Enjoy with gazpacho and a patch of sunlight.
