FUN FACT! This site has remained under vine since 1130 when it was planted by Cistercian monks – that’s a consecutive 892 vintages! 11 months in used oak barrels throws a lifeline to the mountainous acidity and tethers tactility. Concentration like the first molecule, Earth’s core tension, honeycomb, the full light spectrum, pear, toasted brioche, jasmine & discovering a new spice.
