‘Curator Red'

A pretzel of GSM-ness, braided neatly with a South African twist!  Winemaker Adi Badenhorst’s idea behind the ‘Curator’ wine is for them to be unpretentious & with great drinkability – he also recommends to, “drink with attractive friends or cellar until you have attractive or interesting friends”. A rough ’n tumble blend of dearly beloved cabernet sauvignon (36%), fruit-forward syrah (33%), smokey mourvèdre (27%) & floral-driven cinsault (4%). Everything is whole bunch pressed to allow for greenness to trickle in behind lush fruit. Pomegranate syrup, one BIG cherry, black pepper, graphite shards, Earth post forest fire, bacon wrapped prune & herb rub. Bring to your next beach bbq and let the spike ball commence!
