A proper, all inclusive, three country cruise in a glass. Winemaker Adi Badenhorst’s idea behind the ‘Curator’ wine is for them to be unpretentious & with great drinkability. Mostly from plots of bush-vines growing in granite and slate soils, we get a scrumptious blend of acid-carrying chenin blanc (50%), fruit-forward chardonnay (26%), lightly-spiced viognier (24%). Concise texture, mandarin, underripe peach and pineapple punch, basil oil, lemon rind, beeswax & a grapefruit juice bow. Try with anything from the buffet, walks on the lido deck & choppy nights!
