This wine is made from the seven different grape varieties authorized in the AOC â the three usual suspects as well as Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris. All of which are coming from the same soil plot in Riceys, in the southern CĂŽte des Bar. This wine is made from a perpetual solera system that began in 2008. Wafting ultra-rich Champagne fragrances, marrying freshness and ripe yellow fruits to lychee and nectarine, toasty vanilla undertones, and the finest-grained minerality â like Rihanna telling us âTheyâre covered in Swarovski crystals, girlâ.
