A botanical, bubbly and zero-zero non-alc wonder of the natural wine world! Romain des Grottes farms in the lower plains of Beaujolais (south of Brouilly), rigorously travelling down the path of natural wine enlightenment, he is guided by the highest quality polyculture farming and no-addition winemaking philosophy. The vineyards cover about eight hectares that have been fully organic and Demeter certified since 2006, hosting vegetable gardens, fruit trees, grains and medicinal herbs between and around the vines. ‘L’Antidote’ is a sparkling bevy born from the perfect balance between 65% grape and apple juice and 35% organic herbal infusion of ginger, lemon, yarrow, poppy, rosemary, thyme, mallow, bramble, agrimony and verbena.
