Created by Argentinian wine icon JosĂ© Alberto Zuccardi in honour of his daughter Julia, the Santa Julia wines come from vineyards (many organic) across MaipĂș, the Uco Valley & Santa Rosa. Made from 100% organic chardonnay from MaipĂș. 45 days of partial whole cluster maceration give us sticky clouds of buzzing tannins. Secret garden in bloom, dragon fruit chips, orange peel, yellow pears, mashed apricot, white mango, ash, spiced marmalade, amber canopy & a saline twist. Drink when stopping for a snack while on a donkey riding excursion.
