Welcome to LAMBO LAND! On the outskirts of Modena in the tiny village of Campogalliano is the small estate of Podere il Saliceto. Gian Paolo Isabella and his brother in law Marcello shared a mutual, grape-fuelled passion and turned it into reality. The lightest of the four lambruscos this is all about fresh joy. FUN FACT! Due to a flowering anomaly, aka pollen sterility, the vine’s production losses can exceed two-thirds of the total harvest! A labour of love. A raspberry inside a strawberry, inside an even bigger strawberry (like a fruit turducken!), saliva inducing watermelon juicy fruit, peach pit, hazed minerality, salted tomato stem & a gooseberry on top.
