Practicing sustainable care in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the cellar, Todd also applies algae from the Spanish coast as natural protection for the vines from insects. Black olive, smoked plum, watercress, vanilla-cherry kool aid & suntanned goji berries. Enjoy with a table full of clams arrabbiata and a whole slew of happy cheers-ing pals.
