A spiced and bodaciously-berried Ontario red-white blend for your next great gathering. A new vintage of our Ontario House line, this locally focused project allows us to collaborate with our favourite producers hell-bent on bringing delicious, well-made and well-priced wines to your table! From our pals at PGV, ‘Gamby’ is a unique blend of berried gamay from the Willms vineyard that spent one month on skins, herbaceous rotburger from the Wiley Vineyard that spent two weeks on skins & potent, weighty n’ tropical ehrenfelser all aged in neutral French oak for 17 months before blending. FUN FACT! PGV shared that they had never even heard of the riesling descendent, ehrenfelser (and neither had we!) before they bought some from a vineyard around St Catherines in 2023! We love a delicious discovery. White pepper pile, cherry picking, sweet szechuan glaze, prickly pear, red ring pop, vanilla mint & a late afternoon drive. Pour alongside arranging your forsythia and pussy willow clippings on the dining table, SPRING IS HERE PEOPLE.
