It's here! Meet our GW House Orange, a collaboration with winemaker Roberto Echeverría many years in the making and the culmination of our dream to offer delicious and quality wines at excellent price points. We flew all the way to Curicó Valley to taste all the options and blend this cuvée. From two separate picks, the acid-rearing and herbaceous sauvy b is 100% destemmed, crushed and left on skins, partially for 25 days to focus on freshness, and the rest for 60 days to extract a more charactered mouthfeel. The end wine is smooth and textured, much like a growing snake shedding its skin. Allowed to go through malolactic fermentation, this orange doesn’t shy from creamy-richness, which fills out and appeases our plushness-craving palates. Chamomile, yellow dragon fruit, vegetable drawer, salt kicked up by boots of acidity & a chalky texture that sticks to your teeth and brings you good luck. Enjoy with veggie delights of all kinds, roasted, steamed or raw.
