A spritely, creamy and gushing Niagara bubble for the gently freaky curious fiends. Winemaker Nupur Gogia is a wine agent, nice pal, Vinequity co-founder and Master of Wine candidate from Toronto. Khush is named after the Hindi word for ‘happy’ and we are nothing but smiles whenever we sip her teeny-tiny production releases. This low-intervention pandemic project consistently produces delectable, expressive and weekday bangers from pristine Niagara fruit. ‘Phizzy’ is all aromatic, berried pinot noir that was originally destined to be a pet-nat - with one ferment in bottle capturing pleasing fizz. The wine had other plans, fermenting so quickly that Nupur shifted to the charmat method with a second ferment in tank capturing positively levitating bubbles! Tangerine nectar, peaches n’ cream, lemon sorbetto & lil shell-y bitters. Enjoy alongside a knapsack stuffed with snacks and a bench with a view.
