Khush is her burgeoning wine project, named after the Hindi word for âhappyâ and certainly one to watch! The grapes were harvested on Halloween and foot-stomped by VinEquity members the same day, then wild-fermented and aged in old barrels for over a year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with the tiniest dose of sulphur, think of this as an extra-friendly whirlwind of dark fruit, spice and everything nice â blackberry compote, Italian plums, clove-infused cassis & pomegranate molasses with herby tannins and balanced acid. Drink while knitting an enormous scarf (estimated completion time: 2028) or doing a 1000 piece puzzle.
