Like a wistful afternoon spent in your own, perfect company. Originally outsiders in the area, the Rosina sisters Paola, Anna, and Francesca bought land in Gavi two decades ago, and have gradually grown their dedication to biodiversity ever since. From stunning hillsides, exposed to the sun and coastal breezes, the harvest is immediately followed by a soft pressing to pull a hint of colour. Straw-yellow, with lemon rind, crisply tart pear, elegant apricots, meadow flowers, wet stones & a dab of salinity. Pour alongside shrimp scampi and dreaming of Italian adventure.
