A spiced and fruit forward Spanish grenache for weeknight pleasure. Working out of the oldest winery in Navarra, Latido wines are made by Sara Martinez Lagos from grapes grown in her 1.5 hectare vineyard. Her wines are based exclusively on the garnacha variety, including red, white and rosĂ© expressions, grown on deep and poor calcareous clay soils. FUN FACT! In the sub zone of Navarra, also called the âlow mountainâ area, they see consistent winds which regulate temperatures and bring freshness to forefront! Made from 30 to 35-year-old vines, the wine is aged for four months in American and Navarra oak barrels to add roundness and richness.
