A brand-new wine in the Frisach lineup, 100% Carinyena from the oldest vineyard in the FerrĂ© family holdings at over 80 years old. FUN FACT! Only 108 cases produced! The bush-trained vines were hand harvested, and fermented whole-cluster (aka left on skins and stems) for one month. Hazy rose hip, leafy, scrub herbs, meaty black olive, and dark dried berry fruit, dry rub & old looseleaf tea.
