A luscious, floral and gently green garnacha blanca that instantly charmed us. Working out of the oldest winery in Navarra, Latido wines are made by Sara Martinez Lagos from grapes grown in her 1.5 hectare vineyard. Her wines are based exclusively on the garnacha variety, including red, white and rosé expressions, grown on deep and poor calcareous clay soils. FUN FACT! In the sub zone of Navarra, also called the “low mountain” area, they see consistent winds which regulate temperatures and bring freshness to the forefront! Juicy and dripping-ly ripe orchard stone fruit, hot desert flowers, citrus zest galore & pear n’ mint chutney. Enjoy with crispy fish tacos.
